The Theater Arts And Motion Pictures Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) have announced one day memorable event to honour one of the Legends cum strongest pillars upholding the industry, Late Fasasi Olabankewin aka Dagunro Alajiga Ogun, who lost his life recently at age 70. The event is slated to hold on Friday 9th August 2019. It will kick off with a novelty March between TAMPAN and NUJ (Veteran Journalists) at Osogbo City Stadium by 9am. Shortly after the game, a public lecture will hold at the same venue by 2:30pm and it will be anchored by Fadilat Sheik Muhydeen Hussein Salman Al-Adaby, the Chief Imam of Offa land. Subsequently, artistes’ Night will take place at the same venue by 7pm. All members of TAMPAN from the national to local government level are expected to attend the one day event like no others.
