One of the wave making Nigerian musicians cum actors based in the United States of America, Joseph Faduri popularly known as Fadojeo has sent a strong open letter to the political leaders in Nigeria to repent from looting from Nigeria prior to the sudden exit of former Oyo State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, who lost the battle into the cold hands of Covid-19 on Thursday.
Fadojeo posted the below message on his page last night.
“When are we as a country and an individual going to think of a country where we will change our logo from National Cake Sharers to National Cake Builders?
In less than 2 weeks we lost 2 strong politicians, a Senator and a former Governor who are Senator Abiola Ajimobi and Senator Bayo Oshinowo pepperitto as he was then called. Also the nation lost President Buhar’s former Chief of Staff to Covid. This is because there is no way to fly them abroad for medical treatment, even our own sitting president gets medical treatment abroad except now that All borders are closed, if President Buhari @muhammadu_buhairi gets sick again at this time it is obvious that he might not make it. Everyone in this piece are people who could have helped in building state of the art hospitals with all equipments needed which will rescue them from fly abroad for medical treatment, but rather than them to engineer that , what they know how to do best is to share the National Cake and looting the treasury.
They worth billions of Dollars and Naira but their nation’s health system is in shambles, they get medical treatment abroad not thinking some day there might be a pandemic that won’t let them fly out. They have privates jets but it can’t land in another foreign country due to pandemic. Even the Jagaban as Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is often called @officialbolatinubu lost his son to a mere heart attack that if handled on time his life could have been saved, people are dying everyday all because we don’t have good health system in our nation. Where is our former head of state Babangida today? He is down with deteriorating health conditions. So many examples to mention but a few. My questions to so many of us left is when are we going to change our thinking and orientation process and change course that we need a new Nigeria 
where Nation BUILDING will be our priority as we get out of this pandemic .When are we going to start realizing that no matter how much you stole from the government, some day you will be down like nobody and your money wont be able to buy or bribe death? so why don’t we change course . It is not too late. Now is the time to start electing people who wants to build the nation not to go and share money whilst people die and suffer”.
