The dashing actress said this last Wednesday at Presken Hotel, Lagos , when she was invited as a guest speaker at Rotary Club of Mende Midtown. Foluke spoke on The importance of education and roles of parents.
Her lecture was witty and very informative. Her presentation drew the audience in and held their attentions. There was never a dull moment.
However, while giving her key points note, she said “Africa is gradually losing its value on Education. Parents need to pay attention to details and inculcate their children with morals from home•Everyone should endeavour to celebrate value, morality and stop celebrating materialism.
An individual can do little or nothing but an intellectual group like Rotary can help effect the required change by partnering with organisations to organise value-added programs”, she said.
